Order was delivered late and wrong flowers! What is the point of placing an order if you guys are deciding what to do anyways?! Extremely unsatisfied.

I ordered delivery for March, 8th. Further I did not get a reply on my email. Very poor service, I am disapointed.

This was ridiculous. I ordered 2 bouquet on friday night for delivery on Monday 8th march. 1 bouquet arrived at 9 in the night! The other one never arrived. They emailed me saying they were overwhelmed, and will deliver on 9 march with a box of chocolates. They never did. It's a disgrace. They don't answer chat, don't answer email and don't answer the phone.

Do not use their services!!! so bad experience. If you are planning to give an amazing gift to the ones you love , if you want it to come on the right day , if you want to send exactly what you spend lot of time to chose and you liked, if you want also to send a nice letter to that person, so DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE they wont get any of this. However if you dont love the persone you want to send the flowers to so yes go ahead, they know how to let them know this ..... I did not get the flower i chose, not the day we agreed, no letter that i wrote , no refund and no mesage of excuse!!!

Я заказала букет на 8.03, в назначенный день извинились и попросили перенести доставку на 9.03 с 6:00-12:00 Цветы до сих пор не получили Я прошу отменить заказ они не отвечают.
